The following information sheet shows several steps about "How to install a secure vbulletin v4.x & v5.x board". 
During the writeup, we had in mind all the different exploits and vulnerabilities used to exploit vbulletin forums 
in the wild. The installation was successful tested and wasn't that minimal but for sure a bit more restricted then 
the full version. At the end we decided to share the information with other users, to assist a new secure installations 
of vbulletin. Following the written instructions should assist the user to setup the forum in a safe manner.
