The video has been recorded by Benjamin Kunz Mejri the CEO and founder of the evolution security gmbH. The video demonstrates how to bypass the 
paypal portal user account restriction by usage of the vulnerable mobile app api.
At the end of the video the attacker is able to bypass the security restriction that blocks the malicious account users to access/interact unauthorized in 
the paypal inc the online-service.
